What we collect

When you list a spot: your name, email, city, country, the photo you upload and your prices. When you send a request: your brand name, website, email and your messages. When money moves: payment and payout details, which Stripe collects and holds. We never see or store full card numbers.

Why

To show your listing, pass messages between owners and brands, take payments, pay owners after proof and email you the private links to your inbox. Nothing else.

What others see

Brands see the name you list under, your city and your listing. Owners see the brand name and website. Email addresses are never shown to the other side; messages go through SponsorMySpot.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site, Railway hosts the database, Stripe handles payments and payouts, and Resend sends our emails. Each only gets what it needs to do that job.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or third party trackers.

Deleting your data

Write to hello@sponsormyspot.com from the email on your listing or request and we delete it, except records we must keep for payments and tax.
