Tips
- Competition uniforms usually have strict rules. Warmups, bags and practice wear are often easier to sponsor.
- College squads must get approval from the athletic department, and NCAA or conference rules can apply.
- Sponsor the team, not individual members. Keep it to adults and keep every logo family friendly.
Questions
Can a high school squad use this?
No. This page is for college and adult squads only. Nothing on sponsormyspot involves minors.
Who gets paid?
Whoever lists it. For a team, that should be the team account or the coach, agreed with the squad.
Can I put a logo on the competition uniform?
Only if your league and school allow it. Many do not, which is why warmups are a common choice.
How do brands find my cheer uniform?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
