Tri kit, helmet and bike spots sold on a reused sponsor board

Connor Holliman took the code from his training partner's sponsor site and listed 21 fixed price positions on his tri suit, helmet and bike for a 70.3 race in December 2026. Prices ran from $125 to $600. On 28 October the site showed 12 positions sold for $3,475 and now named the buyers, while most waist tabs, the back thighs, the lower front panel and the fork were still open.

Lessons

Reusing a proven format is quick, but sales still track the size of your own audience.
The biggest panels sold first, so small cheap spots should not be counted on to fill the board.
Keeping bike and helmet vinyl open until race week leaves time to sell after the print deadline for the suit.
