Advertise on my conference badge.
Conference badges are worn all day, in every hallway photo and every selfie with a speaker. If you organize the event, the badge and lanyard are spots. Pin them, get your prices, and let tech and B2B brands come to you.

How to monetize your conference badge
- List it. Upload a photo of your conference badge, mark each spot and pick how you bill: per week, month, event or post. We set the price from reach, market and demand.
- Get requests. Brands find it in Browse and message you. Accept or decline.
- Get paid. The brand pays when you accept. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up.
- Or run an auction. Share a link and let brands bid. Start a conference badge auction.
Get paid to put ads on your conference badge
Share photos of the printed badges and lanyards, and photos from the event showing attendees wearing them.
Tips
- This is for organizers. Attendees should not add logos to their badges, as most events ban that.
- Close bidding well before badge printing. Lanyards can take weeks to make.
- Keep the name large. A badge where you cannot read the name is a bad badge.
Questions
I am an attendee. Can I sell space on my badge?
No. The badge belongs to the event, and most conferences ban self promotion on it.
Should the QR code be sold separately?
It can be. Some sponsors want the scan more than the logo.
Can a sponsor collect attendee emails through this?
Only through their own opt in page behind the QR code. Never share your attendee list.
How do brands find my conference badge?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
