Advertise on my marathon.
Training for a marathon takes months, and your kit gets photographed at the start, on the course and at the finish. Pin spots on your singlet, shorts and training content, get your prices, and let running brands come to you. Read your race rules on logos before you sell anything.

How to monetize your marathon
- List it. Upload a photo of your marathon, mark each spot and pick how you bill: per week, month, event or post. We set the price from reach, market and demand.
- Get requests. Brands find it in Browse and message you. Accept or decline.
- Get paid. The brand pays when you accept. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up.
- Or run an auction. Share a link and let brands bid. Start a marathon auction.
Get paid to put ads on your marathon
Share your official race photos showing the kit, plus links to the training and finish posts that mention the sponsor.
Tips
- Read your race's athlete rules. World Athletics labeled races and many big city marathons limit logo size and number on race kit, and some apply it to all runners.
- Never cover or alter your bib. Logos go on your clothes, not on the race number.
- Close bidding early enough to get printed kit and test it on a long run.
Questions
Can I wear sponsor logos in a marathon?
Usually yes for age group runners, within limits. Elite fields follow stricter rules. Check your race's rules before you list spots.
What if I do not finish?
Agree on this before bidding closes. Most sponsors still want the start and course photos. Be honest in your proof.
Can I combine this with charity fundraising?
Yes, but keep them separate. Tell sponsors whether any money goes to the charity, and follow the charity's rules.
How do brands find my marathon?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
