Every event has places a logo can sit: the banner behind the stage, the check-in desk, the photo wall, the wristband. Pin those spots on a photo of your venue or last year's setup, get your price, and let brands come to you.

Tips
- Use a photo of your actual venue or last edition so brands can see exactly where their logo will go.
- Close bidding at least two weeks before the event so you have time to print banners and wristbands.
- Check your venue contract. Some venues have their own sponsors and ban rival brands on site.
Questions
Do I need a big audience to get sponsors?
No. Small events can work well for local brands that want to reach a specific group. Say who comes, not how many.
What if my event gets cancelled?
Card holds are only charged if the spot is held when bidding closes, and you only get paid after posting proof. If the event does not happen, you cannot post proof, so talk to the sponsor about a refund or a new date.
Who pays for printing the banners?
You decide. Most organizers include printing in the start price and ask the winning brand for a print ready logo file.
How do brands find my event?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
