  1. List it. Upload a photo of your email signature, mark each spot and pick how you bill: per week, month, event or post. We set the price from reach, market and demand.
  2. Get requests. Brands find it in Browse and message you. Accept or decline.
  3. Get paid. The brand pays when you accept. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up.
  4. Or run an auction. Share a link and let brands bid. Start a email signature auction.

Tips

  • Check your employer's email policy first. Many companies do not allow anything personal in a work signature.
  • Keep the banner small and light so it does not land your emails in spam.
  • Say who you email, like small business owners or event planners, without naming clients.

Questions

Can I put a sponsor in my work email signature?

Only if your employer allows it. It is safest on your own business email.

Will images hurt delivery?

Large images can. Use a small hosted image or a plain text link.

How does the sponsor know it ran?

Send dated screenshots of sent emails with private details blurred out.

How do brands find my email signature?

List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.

Who sets the price?

Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.

When do I get paid?

The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.

Can brands bid against each other instead?

Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
