Tips
- Pick sponsors residents will use, like laundry pickup or a nearby grocer. Ads that help get read.
- Exterior banners usually need a sign permit, and some zones ban them. Keep big ones inside unless approved.
- Never give sponsors resident contact lists. Send their offer in your own newsletter.
Questions
Can a sponsor email my residents?
No. You can include their offer in your own message, but do not share contact details.
Do elevator ads need approval?
Not usually from the city, but keep inspection certificates visible and do not cover required notices.
How many spots is too many?
Keep it to a few clean frames. Too many ads makes the building feel cheap.
How do brands find my apartment building?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
