How to monetize your coworking space
- List it. Upload a photo of your coworking space, mark each spot and pick how you bill: per week, month, event or post. We set the price from reach, market and demand.
- Get requests. Brands find it in Browse and message you. Accept or decline.
- Get paid. The brand pays when you accept. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up.
- Or run an auction. Share a link and let brands bid. Start a coworking space auction.
Get paid to put ads on your coworking space
Post dated photos of each spot and a screenshot of the wifi page. For events, add a photo from the night.
Tips
- B2B services fit best: accountants, lawyers, software.
- Do not share member contact lists. Include offers in your own newsletter.
- A wifi login page must not collect member data for the sponsor.
Questions
Can a sponsor host a talk?
Yes. Keep it useful, not a sales pitch, so members keep coming.
What about member privacy?
Do not share names or emails. Give members a code they can choose to use.
Can I name a room after a sponsor?
Yes, for the sponsorship period. Change the sign when it ends.
How do brands find my coworking space?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
