- Never share tenant names or contact details with a sponsor.
- Check local sign rules and any HOA covenants that cover the property.
Questions
Do I need my tenant's permission?
For anything in their unit or private yard, yes. Shared spaces you control are simpler, but tell tenants.
What sponsors fit best?
Services people need when they move in: internet, movers, furniture and cleaning.
Can I list several properties?
Yes. Make one listing per property so sponsors know what they get.
How do brands find my rental property?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
