Questions
Will this look unprofessional?
Keep spots small and pick sponsors that fit your clients.
Can I sell space in a shared building lobby?
Only with the building manager's permission.
Is a snack sponsor a good fit?
Yes. Branded snacks for staff or visitors are easy to show and swap.
How do brands find my office?
List it once. Brands browse spots by type, city and price and message you through SponsorMySpot. Your email stays private.
Who sets the price?
Our pricing engine, like a ride app. It prices each spot from what it is, how many people see it and the market you are in, and the price rises when brands are asking for that kind of spot near you. Owners pick how they bill: per week, month, event or post.
When do I get paid?
The brand pays when you accept their request. You are paid after you post proof that the logo is up. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. The fee is 8 percent.
Can brands bid against each other instead?
Yes. Run an auction: each spot opens at your start price and any brand can take it by paying double. Cards are held, not charged, until bidding closes.
